Singer, Usher, in custody battle with ex-wife
Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka, have been ordered by a judge to come to an agreement on the terms of their child custody arrangement, or the court will do it for them.
The former couple currently share custody of their two young sons, ages 4 and 3. They were married in 2007, and they divorced in 2009. Tameka has made the statements that Usher is substantially behind on his child support payments, and he should also be paying more than he presently does.
Allegations against the singer regarding drug use were also made, but Usher has vehemently denied the accusations. He is seeking more time with his children. They are attempting to settle their dispute through mediation before the court hands down a decision for the both of them.
