Usher wins primary custody of sons, ex-wife files appeal
The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, has been going on for quite some time, and a ruling about the custody of their children was handed down last week.
The judge in the case favored Usher, and granted him primary custody of the singer’s two young sons. Usher Raymond will have his children for the majority of the time, and it is unclear at this time what type of visitation rights will be granted to his former wife.
Since the ruling, Tameka has filed an appeal in the decision, claiming that the judge was biased towards Usher throughout the entire child custody case. She has asked for a new trial to take place, and the judge has yet to rule on this request.
